Default Cooking with Dorset Nagas

My local Tesco started to stock Nagas, and me being an avowed
chilihead, decided to give them a go. The package carries impressive
warnings about using gloves and how hot it is. So I made some of my
Hell Ramen, using a single Naga.

Not very impressive, I have to say. Sure, it gave a nice heat, and the
afterburn is still with me, but I get about the same effect from a
Scotch Bonnet or a Habanero - and they are more flavourful as well. In
the future I may use a few of them in dishes that require some heat,
but not much flavour.

Did you weigh the pepper? I suspect it weighed less than the
average hab/SB.
