Default Green beans and anchovies

Green beans are terrific right now.

I had made a Caesar salad not too long ago, and the dressing didn't
match the lettuce, so I had leftover dressing. The leftover dressing
was about 1/4 cup or so, and it was the dregs, so it had more bits of
anchovy and garlic that settled to the bottom.

After steaming and draining these gorgeous green beans, I was going to
just add a little butter and salt and pepper but saw the leftover
anchovy-heavy at the bottom of the jar homemade Caesar dressing in the
fridge and combined the beans and dressing in the pot, and shook it up
to mix, and served.

Green beans and anhovy (or Caesar dressing) is a really good
combination. I wouldn't serve it with Caesar salad but it was great
accompaniment with chicken thighs baked with keylime juice, lemon
juice, onion and garlic and sweet potatoes.
