The cheesery that I just did a blue cheese making course at has just gained Australias *first* licence to make a raw milk cheese for public sale. Prior to this, Nick was making it just for his own personal, and friends, consumption. I've tasted his raw milk cheese (C2), and a one month old (C2) cheese has the same flavour and maturation as a 3 month old pasteurised milk C2. http://www.brunyislandcheese.com.au/cheeses.php -- Peter Lucas Brisbane Australia If we are not meant to eat animals, why are they made of meat? |

Not only tiresome (yet amusing nonetheless) but a bizarre adjunct to his split personality he displays online. On the one hand he tries to convey being some kind of homophobic, racist, super-tough rambo character etc. etc. etc. On the other... he's supposed to be some kind of gourmet. Fvcking hilarious ![]() Did you ever get to see his posts to a.b.ozdebate about 2 years ago? He used to post photos of *empty* wine bottles, accompanied by some lame dinner party story that he assumed would impress - LOL! I honestly would not be surprised if he scrounged around some of the better restaurants in Brisbane and collected the empty bottles from there. > [* to "cut the cheese* is Yank slang for farting... ] Indeed. But I reckon I know what his post here is really about, don't we petey boy? I wondered what or when you would provide some form of preemptive 'evidence' regarding you-know-what, right? Actually, it'd interesting to know exactly *when* he booked for this course... if only it was possible to get a factual response anyway... LOL. At the end of the day - the real lucas completely betrays his online persona ![]() http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/4...straliano3.jpg LOL!!! |
