We usually order lasagna along with the pizza because my hubby likes
it. If it was me, I'd just have pizza. The lasagna usually comes
before the pizza, so it's like a different course. Oh, we also make
it a "dinner", we have soup and salad - but that's before the pizza is
served too.

sliced onion, fresh black pepper and red pepper

Pizza Hut Taco Bell KFC sells cole slaw, and they're all under the
same fast-food roof.

Pizza is a full course meal; got yer carbs, got yer veggies, got yer
protein... only thing missing is a beverage; beer is prefered but cola
