I don't think Billy will mind if I copy and paste the post from last week. --Lia ----------------------------------- I have never tried this....but boy...I bet I will tomorrow Most Dangerous Chocolate Cake Recipe in the World 5-MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE 1 Coffee Mug 4 tablespoons flour (that's plain flour, not self-rising) 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons baking cocoa 1 egg 3 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) some nuts (optional) Small splash of vanilla Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla, and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes on high. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed. Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT! (This can serve 2 if you want to share!) And why, is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night! |

I have been helping my neighbour with his roof. He is a handyman and knows what he is doing, but he was doing it by himself. I need some roofing done too so since I helped him he is goign to come over and help me. There is not that much to it, as long as it is a low pitch roof. The part I need done is low pitch. When I have to do the rest of the house again I will hire someone to do it. |

It's one of those very 'flexible' recipes, IMHO - and as some have already pointed out, it's ideal for the kids to make too. I've added some crushed cashew nuts to one of my attempts, that was also nice... I still think Billy should be punished somehow for posting the damn recipe in the first place <veg>. I am sure there are quite a few r.f.c. folks (and some from a.b.f.) that are ruing the day it was posted... So much for 'getting rid of the winter flab'. I cooked one that is gluten-free and one that is regular. I used mini chocolate chips, but no nuts. They both turned out yummy. Mine cooked in 2 minutes, 22 seconds (222 on the dial, that is how lazy I am). ![]() Becca |

I've just now tried it, have it in front of me as type even.
It's good. It's not the best chocolate cake I've ever had, but it is the fastest. The texture is a little rubbery, but that could be because we used the higher gluten flour in the cannister. It's sure not the soup I was expecting. Since Jim's old Panasonic microwave from 1978 is still working, it's never been replaced. He has the original cookbook that came with it. He got curious as to whether this recipe that's circulating the internet is a new thing, and it isn't. There's a recipe for a Devil's Food Cake in there that's very similar to the coffee mug one. That recipe calls for mixing in a bowl and pouring into a (presumably glass) baking dish. There are recipes for other baked goods in there made from cake mixes. --Lia |

I did. I made one per the original recipe with just the chocolate chip addition, although I used cream instead of milk since I only had skim milk. I made a second one, adding toasted pecans and rum extract instead of vanilla. I could see lots of variations for this. -- Wayne Boatwright ******************************************* Date: Tuesday, 09(IX)/23(XXIII)/08(MMVIII) ******************************************* Countdown till Veteran's Day 6wks 6dys 12hrs 31mins ******************************************* Oxymoron: Team of Independents. ******************************************* |

All I could find after reading > pages of threads on google were useless debates on whether or not he is > an asshole. I see my 'fan club' is still going strong. It all comes down to one thing Saerah......... I don't kiss anyones ass. The ozdebate saga started quite some years ago (around '95 IIRC), when I first joined that group. They had this "I've been here longer than you, so I can 'kick your head in' and you have to like it, being the newbie you are." I did the wrong thing by them,........ I kicked back. I also 'outed' a few frauds, liars, and wannabes. (Oh, and one closet queer, moron morrow.) And some of these self proclaimed Internet 'stalwarts' *really* don't like that. Which is why you see the likes of 3Dogs and Moron morrow joining in with some of the retards from ozdebate. You'll find, for the most part, that the 'people' (and I use that term rather loosely) that are instigating these obsessive, childish, schoolyard attacks, are all nameless, faceless, anonymous posters. 3Dogs being the 'odd' one out. It has it's mug on rfc mugshots. The rest *love* hiding behind their anonimity. The internet has become a means for these 'people' to finally be legends in their own lunch box. > > Maybe I just have a high threshold for obnoxious behavior. As stated before, in the absence of any proof, they'll make up any bullshit they want and try to make it sound plausible. It's actually quite funny to watch them run around screaming and crying whenever someone comes up and speaks in my favour :-) BTW........ here's the link to my step by step for making Christmas Pudding....... but hey! don't believe me....... believe the stalkers.....
