I think I've got some lamb stew meat in the freezer. I don't really
want stew... Will a countertop Nesco oven work for cooking shiskabobs if I put them directly on the rack and cook at 450°? (this is one of those convection ovens with a high velocity blower in it; I don't remember what they are called) What for the marinade, maybe a mixture of lemon juice, red wine, marjoram, garlic, and olive oil?
