Regarding "Most Dangerous Chocolate Cake" recipe
I tried the recipe on the day it was posted, but was not too impressed
with the result. I decided to experiment last night, and was happy with the result- thought I'd share. I added 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the dry ingredients, and subbed buttermilk for the milk. I used mini chips to help prevent sinking to the bottom. I also nuked it for 2.5 minutes, as oppossed to 3. Much better texture- lots lighter and cake like. Hope this helps you chocoholics! |

I tried it the other night and while it was ok, I thought the texture was a bit strange - like a dense sponge. Tracy |
