Default Dinner last night.......

2 chicken boobies sliced up and stir fried with a whole chopped cayenne
chilli, chopped capsicum, snow peas, slivered almonds, a couple of spring
onions, some garlic....... some Wild Rocket Pesto thrown in and a dash of
cream. Oh, and pasta (spaghetti).

Quite tasty.

Standing at the fridge, throwing things on the bench..... "Gotta use this,
gotta use this, gotta use that, gotta use them."

Only 3 more days of "Gotta use this"

<lol> I keep dried Shitake on hand too. :-) I use them both as a
powder for flavor enhancement, and rehydrated in some recipes.

I like them.
