2 chicken boobies sliced up and stir fried with a whole chopped cayenne
chilli, chopped capsicum, snow peas, slivered almonds, a couple of spring onions, some garlic....... some Wild Rocket Pesto thrown in and a dash of cream. Oh, and pasta (spaghetti).
