You guys haven't let me down before, so what's in La Bou's Oriental
Chicken Salad Dressing? I'm guessing seasame oil, perhaps soy sauce, maybe honey - but honestly, I don't have a clue. Myrl Jeffcoat |

I'm even more clueless than you. I don't know what La Bou is... commercial salad dressing or a restaurant? Taking a guess: I'd look up "chinese chicken salad recipe" and go from there. The first hit goes like this (no reason why honey couldn't replace sugar): DRESSING: 1/8 c. sesame oil 1/8 c. salad oil 2 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. rice vinegar (if white vinegar, can use less) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper -- I never worry about diets. The only carrots that interest me are the number of carats in a diamond. Mae West |

La Bou is a restaurant - more of a nice sandwich shop, which also has pastries, bread, soup, etc. I love their Oriental Chicken Salad. It's all about the dressing. Myrl Jeffcoat |

There were too many ingredients to memorize, but maybe they will show you if you ask!! Colleen |
