Default Recipe for La Bou's Oriental Chicken Salad Dressing

You guys haven't let me down before, so what's in La Bou's Oriental
Chicken Salad Dressing?

I'm guessing seasame oil, perhaps soy sauce, maybe honey - but
honestly, I don't have a clue.

Heh! I'm even more clueless than you. I don't know what La Bou is...
commercial salad dressing or a restaurant?

Taking a guess: I'd look up "chinese chicken salad recipe" and go from
there. The first hit goes like this (no reason why honey couldn't
replace sugar):

DRESSING:

1/8 c. sesame oil
1/8 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. rice vinegar (if white vinegar, can use less)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Thanks for the suggestion. La Bou is a restaurant - more of a nice
sandwich shop, which also has pastries, bread, soup, etc. I love
their Oriental Chicken Salad. It's all about the dressing.

Myrl,
I actually asked them and they showed me the recipe from a book behind the counter! There were too many ingredients to memorize, but maybe they will show you if you ask!!
