Favorite pancake mix? Favorite pancake fruit addition?
What's your favorite pancake mix? I'm addicted to morning pancakes and have
been searching for the best pancake mix. I'm much too lazy to mix ingredients. At the moment mine is Target's Buttermilk Pancake mix. It rises more than most during cooking, giving it a delicate light texture, and it tastes good. I've been adding thin slices of very ripe bananas. What's your favorite fruit addition to pancakes?
