i don't know how rare this is, but there's a kosher pizza place in wheaton
(md) called 'nut house pizza.' it used to be a roasted nut specialty
store.

There's a (Glatt) kosher Chinese place in Brookline, MA called Shalom
Hunan. No pork fried rice, I suppose. :-)

I imagine kosher pizza wouldn't be too hard. Just no meat right? - if
there's dairy?

Yes they do. Ronzoni makes them and they don't taste any different to
regular ones, but they have six grams of fiber per serve instead of
one. I never thought I'd like 'wheat' pasta but the ones they make now
are pretty darned good.

I use Corn noodles, or rice. Sun Harvest sells DeBols.
