According to Amazon, the book is out of print, but it can be purchased used, for as low as $12.71. Here's the link... http://tinyurl.com/srct The book covers topics such as wheat and flour, commercial and homemade pasta, expert advice and lots of recipes for sauces (meat, vegetable, fish and white), stuffed pasta, gnocchi and crepes. I have found it a great resource when making homemade pasta and sauces. Lots of luck in your search. readah |
