Oh that's nice. :-) I just finished deboning some trotter soup for me
for the week. Added to 4 split trotters, 2 stalks celery, 1 carrot and
some garlic and onion powder with salt free lemon pepper and dill weed.

I need the collagen. <g>

I have several packages of Shiratake on hand tho' and might try that
recipe next weekend!
