The problem is simple. The US government is continuing the policies that
got us in this mess, that being "rewarding failure." Bank CEOs should
be fired.

McCain failed when he supported Bush war. What did it cost him? He came
within a cat's whisker of being president. Bush lied about WMD and he
was reelected. CEOs bankrupted their companies and took home record
bonuses,. US generals and Bush couldn't defend our homeland on 911 and
no one was fired. The media lied to us about WMD and the news anchors
who lied he most, were paid the most.

Rewarding failure is the root cause of all our problems and when we get
a grip on that problem, everything else will fix itself..
