Default Dutch oven dinner last evening

Made a nice large pork roast in the dutch oven. Potatoes, carrots, celery,
onions, and mushrooms. Took it all out, and made a nice gravy using a
blonde roux, as the newsgroup suggested I try. Special seasonings, beau
monde included, and it was delicious.

I like my dutch oven.

Steve
