I've had various Lincoln Wear-Ever brand items (baking sheets, sauce
pots etc) that I've picked up at restaurant supply stores over the years and have been satifisfied with the quality of the materials. Well I'm on the hunt for a large saute pan with as much flat cooking surface as possible.. (my current 12" fry pan only offers about 9 true inches of cooking surface. I was looking at the All-Clad 6-quart saute pan at Williams Sonoma the other day and it measured almost 13" on the button... but it's $255) Lincoln makes a Stainless line of cookware called Centurion that's aimed a commercial kitchens and costs less than All-Clad. Has anyone used or seen this line of cookware to offer an opinion? http://www.lincolnsmallwares.com/ProductMap1.cfm?id=1 ~john |
