Someone in our family is very partial to tinned Mackerel in Brine. Since
others have to eat some at the same time, is there a very simple way that one might vary this fish with a very *simple* and 'suitable for a novice' easy to prepare ' Sauce' to go with it , please? |

The problem funnily enough with tomatoe sauce, is that you can also buy tinned mackerel here in the U.K., which is in tomatoe sauce already as an alternative; so thats an option we already have had rather a lot of. Any other suggestions appreciated. |

Come to think of it, mackerel in tomato sauce is also Spanish thing. Sorry, I don't have any other suggestions! Jill |
