Default Dinner last night 22Nov.... with tinypic

Once again, trying to clean the freezer out in time for the big shipment
in about a weeks time, and grabbed a bag with some mince in it.

Soooooooooooo, rather than spag bol, or shepherds pie, or rissoles, or
burgers........ I decided to do meatloaf.

It's been wet, wild, and windy, and a nice hot meal was in order.

Used my food processor and did some fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs, a
couple of carrots, an onion, a heap of parsley........ and I can't
remember what else.

Oh, and 500g of sausage meat, and 3 eggs..... and I soft boiled 4 more
to lay in the center.

The end mix was enough for 2 largish loaf pans.

The sides are cheesy scalloped potatos, baked corn cob, and blanched
veges.

I had a caramalised onion and red wine sauce going on the stove, and we
drizzled a bit of that on the meat.

I only put the egg in the middle to break up the 'look' a little.

You will travel through the valley of rejection;
you will reside in the land of morning mists...and you will find your
home,
though it will not be where you left it.

LOL!! I thought that too :-)

Should have placed some beans down the center and bottom, for a nose and
mouth :-)
