Default Pre-made Apple Crisp

I know acidulated water and/or lemon juice retards the oxidation of cut
apples.

The question here is how long will cut apples treated with lemon juice last
in a baggie in the fridge before turning brown.

Specifically Granny Smith Apples.

TIA

Dimitri

Default Pre-made Apple Crisp

I know that when I go camping and make apple crisp, I pre-cut my
apples and store them as you mentioned in my cooler.
I usually use them on my third day and the apples look okay, though I
wouldn;t wait another day.
