I usually have to have one cold sandwich from leftovers, and one hot. The
hot is simple: turkey and leftover gravy over a slice of bread that may or
may not have dressing and/or potatoes.

The cold: one of my mom's homemade dinner rolls from Thanksgiving dinner,
lightly dressed with mayo, turkey, a tiny smudge of mustard, fresh ground
black pepper, and maybe a little romaine.
