Default Hi guys.

Having suffered yet another unwarranted attack from one of your
members just because I laughed at him... I felt I *really* had to drop
by to see what was happening in here!

I *do* have alternate rationale for being here of course. I had a
background in catering in my youth having been a Grill Chef in a
couple of small steak houses and having been trained by The late great
George Sparrowhawk, Head Chef of the Grill Room at the Carlton Towers
Hotel, Sloane Square, London back in the late 1960's!

That's too long ago to be put on a resume... not that I work
anymore... but it's handy when some boofhead tried to pull the cake
over my eyes.

So... that's me. I hope to share some of my experiences with you over
the coming months and years.

Hi there, nice to meet you, I'm kimberly
Ignore the buttheads, you'll do just fine 'round here. There's usually not
so many, really.

Thanks for the welcome. Obviously I got sucked in by the Peter Lucas
idiocy but this is a really nice group! I'm just sorry I never found
it before now. I love cooking... flavour and texture just does things
to me!

Maybe Peter has his uses after all?
