Then in your second sentence you state that food should be left to cool down anywhere except in the fridge or freezer. Please make up your mind. And I graciously decline your offer of many multiple "credible" sites concerning food safety. I can reference The Simpsons, South Park and Family Guy quite well on my own, thank you.
