nor i. i'm just saying i don't put hot foods *immediately* into the
refrigerator, as i think the u.s.d.a. and others might.

Now, Jerry, err, Steve read what you wrote. In your first sentence you
state that food should be refrigerated as soon as possible. Then in your
second sentence you state that food should be left to cool down anywhere
except in the fridge or freezer. Please make up your mind.

And I graciously decline your offer of many multiple "credible" sites
concerning food safety. I can reference The Simpsons, South Park and Family
Guy quite well on my own, thank you.

Go have another taco. ;-)~

I’m careful about what I choose to put outside, although the winter night
temperatures don’t vary that much here. I never put dairy products or
uncooked meats out there, only cooked food or fresh produce.

I’ve very glad we don’t’ have bears! I have enough problems fending off
coyotes and javalinas. ;-)

I know we have snakes, but I have never seen one here. I do see lizards.
They’re cute!

Obviously that should have said 'shouldn't.' I didn't correct it
with a followup post because I figured people would know what was
meant by reading for context.

You have fqailed. Now please **** off, Jerry.

Ah, in true Sauk fashion, you "assume" that everybody knows what you are
talking about, irregardless of spelling errors. Are you now going to insist
that dictionaries merely offer suggestions of how words are correctly
spelled? Then demand that the discussion is closed? You've been spending
way too much time in a.f.f-f, Steve. You're becoming Jerry.
