It sure doesn't feel like the holidays. It's 72F (what's that, 22C?) here in SC. I've been wearing sleeveless shirts and cotton shorts and I'm wondering if I somehow slipped onto the other side of the equator while I was asleep. What happened to winter?! I might go to the meat market in town and get a small prime standing rib roast. It's not that I object to leftovers but I don't know how to roast one that isn't at least 5-7 bones. That's a lot of beef for one person, even though I'm decidedly a carnivore ![]() Jill |
