Default bummer Santa

This was next to aisle 1 at the local supermarket today:
http://i35.tinypic.com/zjv3p4.jpg

It really depressed me.

OB Santa: Santa is an anagram of Satan.
OB Food: We had duck confit pizza for dinner tonight. It cheered me
up again after the sucky Santa.

Tragically, no. The hobo Santa was presented as a decoration.

Wasn't it Redd Foxx who told the story of his dad, during hard times,
firing a shotgun out in the alley and telling the kids Santa just
killed himself?

Sod the Santa, does Duck confit really belong on a pizza ? If so should
it be thin 'n crispy or deep-pan ?

What is the worst thing you could add to pizza, Heinz baked beans ?

Geez, that's pretty lame. Not a cheap costume, either,
by the looks of it.

There's the suit. So where is Santa...

Action News reporter with all the news that is news across the nation on the scene
at the supermarket. There seems to have been some disturbance here.
Pardon me, sir, did you see what happened?

"Yeah, I did. I's standin' over there by the tomaters
and here he comes -- runnin' through the pole beans, through
the fruits 'n' vegetables, nekkid as a jaybird.
I hollered over t' Ethel, I said "DON'T LOOK, ETHEL!!"
But it was too late..."

A perverter of pizzas and defiler of ducks I may be, but I could never
-- never -- sod Santa.

Thin crust with caramelized onions and lightly applied mozzarella. The
duck was fried in its own fat and drained prior to its pizzafication.
It most likely doesn't belong there, but I lost my copy of the pizza
rule book and so lost my way as well.

Can you see why we ate our pizza without your company?

Did you ever hear Eartha Kitt singing "Santa Baby", one of the sexiest

Yes, it was. I've always like Eartha Kitt's singing. I like many of her
recordings from the 1960s-1970s.

I still remember her contribution to the movie "New Faces". I was a
teenager beat for a movie to see but it was a revelation!

Ever hear the Tome Waits song "Red Shoes"? It has one of the most
depressing lines in all of pop music: "Santa Claus is drunk..."

I remember hearing "Santa Baby" on the radio and liking it, but I was just
a kid at the time. I appreciated it even more later. "New Faces" was made
in 1954 when I was nine years old, but I have seen it several times since,
beginning when it was run at an art film house when I was around 18.
