Default Dinner tonight (in the oven)

Thick cut pork chop stuffed with sautéed onion, garlic and celery, cubed
multigrain bread browned in olive oil, a tiny touch of chicken stock to the
mix when the bread soaked up all the oil. A potato is baking with it now,
and then I'll cook some sort of veggie. The pork chops are on a rack with
about a 1/2" of water under (not touching) and foil covering it all, so it
will steam first, then brown up for the last 10 minutes.

Sounds wonderful! I've not yet tried to make stuffed pork chops.
