I had always heard about Weiner Sschitzel for years, but never knew
what it was. It always seemed like a "joke." Finally I looked up a recipe for it, and it seems as if is just breaded veal cutlets or chicken fried steak. Here I thought I had never eaten it, but I guess I have eaten it numerous times. Tom |
