Interesting and useful, thanks. One thing is for sure, some of the items you
can eat with nothing on them equal things like potatoes without all the
stuff you usually put on them.

I noticed that the ratio of cost to Calories was off for many items. I
mean that a lot of cheap stuff was high in Calories and a lot of
expensive stuff was low.

That makes sense to me. Without casting aspersions, I do notice- that
in Hawaii at least - more high caloric food is eaten by people who are
closer to the poverty line. Just an observation.

Enlightening. Some were surprising when shown next to each other; example,
the egg omelet next to the tiny bit of olive oil on the 300 kcal page. And
the price tag on the cereals per 300 kcal worth.
