With all P.Lucas' bluster about past drop zones & future holidays and in
exotic countries it seems as though P.Lucas is presently in a bi-polar
manic phase.

This also may explain his delusions of grandeur & his death defying
behaviour.

I suggest someone close to Lucas point this out to him as it may be the crux
of his problem.

Yeah, ..so. I like cooking too.
I also notice that you are anti-medication.
Hmmm...may be better to look at meds instead of self-medication through the
worst drug of all: alcohol.
I also read that you are a daily user of alcohol ...signs of alcoholism
there too Peter.
And your liver is enlarged: not a good sign.
Just my thoughts.

You're talking to a pathetic stalking troll, albeit about the sad little man
he is stalking.

Really. This is probably a shining period in Peter's life - getting
all this attention, even if it is mostly bad. The troll is just
making him happier because Peter gets to do what he does best - be
an asshole with impunity of sorts.

ObFood: Stuffed cabbage and pickled asparagus for dinner last night.
Talk about some potent farts this morning!

With those, it's not so much the smell that bothers me, it's the eyes
burning.

How do you make your stuffed cabbage? Rice in there? Meat mixture?
Baked or stovetop? Broth or tomato juice? Kraut on top?

1 part ground beef, 1 part ground pork, 1 part LG rice. Minced onion,
chopped parsley, S&P.

Stovetop or 5 qr Slow Cooker.

Usually tomato juice, rarely broth.

Kraut bed ono bottom, cabbage rolls stacked, more kraut on
top. After a couple of adult beverages, Kielbasa/Kolbasz on
top, maybe some flavoring bacon crumbles.

A little marjoram. Sour Cream with/without dill at the table.

Usually served with cucumber/sour cream and onion as
a side. Rye bread. Butter. Butter.

Frequently sneak one stuffed bell pepper in the middle
for addt'l flavor.

Cooked rice, beef, pork (2-1), salt, pepper, large sweet onion chopped and
sweated a bit, oregano plus the chopped up remnants of the cabbage. The
sauce I make with 2 cans crushed tomatoes with juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar
and 1/2 cup white vinegar. Cut the sauce down by 1/2 if making a small
batch.

Me mum used to make a boiled meat loaf that not only contained a large
amount of chopped cabbage & rice, but was wrapped up in the large outer
leaves of the cabbage and then tightly wrapped in cheese cloth and
simmered in stock for several hours.

When i found exactly the same recipe in Escoffier's cook book as sou
fassum provencale i was shocked, but me mum explained she had never
heard of Escoffier and got the boiled meat loaf recipe from her German
in laws.

Savoy cabbage, very little rice, sausage + ground beef + onion +
garlic + seasonings, baked, tomato sauce and chunks, no kraut.

Somebody else made this batch, though.

I accused her of holding out on us, we could have been eating haute
cuisine instead of typical american meat & potatoes, but it was one of
me dads favorite dishes, his mother made it for him and taught her
daughter in law how to make it.

Its actually quite good. The Escoffier recipe has it simmered in veal
stock but other than that the recipe is the same as me mums.
