Default Tonight's musgovians

Heated up some leftover rib roast in a gravy made with onions and pan
drippings. Served that with some leftover yellow gold potatoes, greens
and black eyed peas.
Rest of greens and peas are in the freezer waiting for another cold
rainy day.

Looks good!!

It must have been a cold rainy day all over the world last night, and
musgovian delight was on the menu!!

Admittedly, the steak wasn't musgovian, but the veges/ham were.

If it was me, by myself, I'd just do a sandwich. I make an effort for
the SO, because she works so hard :-)

She *loved* the fritters....... so I must make an effort to try and
remember what I put in them/how I made them!!

One of my favorite way of using up leftovers is to wrap them up in a
tortilla. I had some leftover steamed shrimp from New Year's Eve and
some leftover chile rellanos from my boys' birthday dinner at the
Mexican restaurant. I reheated both and served them with flour
tortillas, tartar sauce, jalapeno peppers, salsa, shredded cheese, and
refried beans (also leftover from the birthday dinner). We had mix
and match, make your own, taco night.
