Use either Ritz or regular soda crackers as the base.
Slice roma tomatoes thinly, lay a slice over the cracker as the base. Sprinkle some garlic powder and mixed italian herbs over that. Layer some thinly sliced sausage and/or pepperoni over the tomato slice. Top with sliced mushroom and grated mozarella or jack cheese. Nuke for a couple of minutes, depending on how hot your microwave runs. Alternately, broil in the oven or toaster oven until the cheese bubbles. Eat. ;-d -- Peace! English muffins work well too, but do try the crackers. <g> And yes, they can get rather tall but it still works! Nice for a quick "fix" without doing a phone order. -- Peace! I will use pizza sauce and skip the crackers. Sounds good, though. Becca |

When my kids were little, they would make their own pizzas on flour tortillas. They would make designs and faces with pepperoni or vegetables. My oldest son does not cook, but my youngest one does.
