Ladies (and anyone else who's interested):

The Creole Chicken and Dumplings recipe I raved about is from "Chef Paul
Prudhomme's Louisiana Kitchen" (1984).

It comprises three pages for the chicken and the dumplings, which I will
happily type because it's worth passing on. However, it would be a tad
easier for my finigers to send you the scanned pages by email if that would
work for you. Or I could mail you (gasp!) paper copies!

Seriously, I will <happily> type it out for a post if you prefer. Your
wishes are my command.

That does sound good. Could you scan and turn it into a tinyurl? Is that
easier? Is it even doable?

Thanks Felice. I have that book, so it is no problem for me to look
it up. Save your fingers

Scan and email, Woman. Save your fingers for the next jackass motorist
you might encounter. '-0) Put a dot between my first and last names
at earthlink.net to bypass their spam filters. I'm looking forward to
receiving it.
Thanks, Fleece
Three pages, huh? Scary.

You could run it through your scanner and post pictures of the
pages.... just trying to save you a little time and effort.
