Hello Kathleen, Strongly agree. The wife loves german chocolate cake with homemade coconut pecan topping...without the coconut or pecans. (No, I'm not kidding.) It's not bad, actually. Sort of like a custard glaze, and it soaks into the cake a bit and makes it slightly moister. (More moist? Whatever.) Best -- Terry |
