Then split open and add butter. But I also make a candied yam recipe that's to die for, and a savory preparation of scalloped sweet potatoes where I simply substitute raw sweet potato slices for white potatoes. Getting back to the OP, I do enjoy a good plate of spaghetti, either with a hearty meat sauce, or with a light meat sauce and meatballs, but I certainly wouldn't want it on a daily basis. The same for mashed potatoes. I don't like mashed potatoes literally swimming in gravy. -- Wayne Boatwright (correct the spelling of "geemail" to reply) ************************************************** ********************** Date: Saturday, 01(I)/10(X)/09(MMIX) ************************************************** ********************** Countdown till Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 1wks 1dys 2hrs 25mins ************************************************** ********************** Never say anything on the phone that you wouldn't want your mother to hear at the trial. ************************************************** ********************** |

Greased well, no foil *ever*, at 300°F. for about an hour an a half, or longer depending on size.
