HELL no! Gumbo drowns shrimp in other flavors.

I like it bareback, maybe with some lemon butter.

I have an absolute passion for shrimp. They are my #1 favorite meat.

My favorite way to cook and eat a sweet potato is to simply grease it and
bake it, long and slow, until the juices begin to exude and caramelize.
Then split open and add butter.

But I also make a candied yam recipe that's to die for, and a savory
preparation of scalloped sweet potatoes where I simply substitute raw sweet
potato slices for white potatoes.

Getting back to the OP, I do enjoy a good plate of spaghetti, either with a
hearty meat sauce, or with a light meat sauce and meatballs, but I
certainly wouldn't want it on a daily basis. The same for mashed potatoes.
I don't like mashed potatoes literally swimming in gravy.

Greased well, no foil *ever*, at 300°F. for about an hour an a half, or
longer depending on size. The skin should be dark and juices should have
begun caramelizing in the pan.
