I cooked mine quite a bit longer, to get more of the ginger taste.
'Course, I like ginger, and I do notice, it helps with the sinuses, and is also good for digestion. > shouted from the highest rooftop: >GINGER TEA (TEA WITHOUT TEA) Speaking of ginger, I ordered a fresh "carrot, apple, celery and ginger juice from a local juice bar today that nearly choked me to death. It's one of my favourite combinations, especially when I need a bit of a pick-me-up before lunch. What I didn't expect was for the person who made the drink to put the ginger in first, which meant that I got a huge hit of raw ginger juice when I got to the bottom which caused me to start coughing and sneezing so hard that my wife, who was inside a nearby shoe store, came out to see if I was OK. In fact, I coughed so hard that I now have a sore throat *thanks* to ginger. -- una cerveza mas por favor ... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~ Wax-up and drop-in of Surfing's Golden Years: <http://www.surfwriter.net> ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~ |
