Does anyone know for certain what the white vegetable is in these
tricolor frozen vegetable mixes?

I've always just assumed it was cauliflower, but it doesn't taste like
cauliflower.

Is it some type of bean?

(I suppose I should just check a packet next time I'm at the
supermarket...)
