Default Dinner last night 15th Jan

Took a couple of dynasaur rump steaks out of the freezer..... but come time
for dinner, we didn't want just grilled steaks.

So I turned them ino two different dishes.

One was a South African Tulbagh Tomato Bredie, and the other was a
Vietnamese Spicy Black Pepper.

Both were/are as tender as...... and damn tasty!!

Had the Bredie with some of the leftover couscous.

you will reside in the land of morning mists...and you will find your home,
though it will not be where you left it.
