You would *have* to agree that all praise goes to the DVA for getting
it right with the number of payouts.
Exhaustive investigations by DVA weeds out imposters who should not get
TPI. And there are plenty of fakers out there too, especially
ex-soldiers who had PTSD long before signing up.

I don't know this Kirkland but I do know Lucas is the most despised 'person'
on the Internet in Australia and everyone had it killfiled in other groups.
Lucas is a welfare cheat, a coward and spends his whole life pretending to
have contacted PTSD so he can get a soldiers pension.
Notice how Lucas attaches himself to the latest Australian VC recipient,
Mark Donaldson. Lucas is not fit to clean Mark Donaldson's boots and the
SASR I've spoken to say the same thing.
They tell me he is a joke and was a weak malingerer. Yes it is well known
that Peter McGrath/Lucas/Stone/Williams shirked his duty by feigning
illness.
