Default Swiss chard...anyone have some good recipes to share?

Good move, but see if you can find a calcium supplement that combines
Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorous. That's supposed to be the holy
trinity.

Personally, I use "NOW" brand full spectrum minerals. Not only does it
have those three, it has other stuff you need.

And it's cheap.

Been using it for 16 years and have had nary a leg cramp since I take
two of them daily. :-) No kidney stones either...

I'm 46.
