Default Dinosaur steaks for Australia Day BBQ

The cutting board underneath them is 18&1/2" x 13&3/4" :-)

I've got two of them marinating, in some EVOO and Tasmanian Bush Pepper, in
a ziploc bag, ready for the BBQ on Monday.

Those are sirloins, if I'm not mistaken, and cut from a cow, not a
dinosaur. I know you folks got some oddball critters down there, but
dinosaurs? I don't think so.

That said, they are quite pretty.

Pretty cheap too---they didn't cost *me* one red cent.
The institution that I work as a volunteer forked out for the lot.
(including my cooking time

You *are* mistaken. They are *Rump* steaks.

You don't have much of a sense of humour, or any 'lateral thinking' do
you?

Lets just say I have a time machine, and I go back in time now and then
and hunt me a dinosaur.

Would that make you sleep better at night??
