I only use fryer chickens and have no problem cutting them with a
knife. Does chicken scissor make cutting much easier? |

A knife is much easier for me, but probably because that's the way I was taught as a child by mom. :-) I currently use my chinese chef's knife. It's great for splitting the breast in half. -- Peace! I seem to have more control cutting through the ribcage with the shears. Bob |
