Anyone check out this season's debut of Hell's Kitchen? This is going
to be a good season with its cast of characters!

No show is complete unless someone screws up the risotto and this week
was no exception! What about the woman who owns her own culinary
school yet never went to one herself? She added sugar instead of salt
to the risotto! She was horrible and has the nerve to charge $350 for
a three hour class in her school.

Remember the girl who was going to quit, who knew nothing about
working on a food line, yet calls herself a chef? She was so funny in
that immediately she began bitching once she entered the kitchen. The
one I have decided I do not like is the Hispanic girl named LA
(http://www.fox.com/hellskitchen/bios/s5-la.htm). The nasty remarks
she made when Lacy was having a meltdown to me was unacceptable and
uncaring. I can't wait for her to have her day!

Lastly, I wonder if Gordon chose to get rid of Wil because he openly
admitted he was ***? Gordon just seemed from that point on(admission)
rather cold to him, not to mention very nasty. He also seemed to bully
him more than the others. Your thoughts?

I've not watched it yet, but have it on the DVR for the weekend.

My daughter had dinner at the Hell's Kitchen set a few weeks back. Their
table was near the kitchen and she said all you could hear was a lot of
yelling and cursing. A table near them never got any food; my daughter said
what they got was small portions and not so great. She went as a guest of a
chef that had the invitation. I don't have details of how he got there
though.
