Hello All!
I bought two sets of Gladware interlocking bowls which I thought would be good for freezing small portions of food. They are fine for that purpose apart from one thing, the snap-on lids become brittle at freezer temperatures and tend to break if dropped or you pull on the lift-off tab. The ones with a screw-on lid seem better. -- James Silverton Potomac, Maryland Email, with obvious alterations: not.jim.silverton.at.verizon.not |

Otherwise, I pine for a tupperware set like my mother has, or even a rubbermaid container universe. |

I sent more or less the same message to the company. They apologised and say they are sending me a coupon usable on my next purchase of Gladware. Possibly, their manufacturing facilities will be informed of the low temperature problem. -- James Silverton Potomac, Maryland Email, with obvious alterations: not.jim.silverton.at.verizon.not |
