Default Speaking of BBQ

A little while back there was an international debate on BBQ.

Here's the Aussie version of a BBQ breakfast.

Bacon, eggs, tomato, mushrooms, sausages and toast, all done on the BBQ.

Peter Lucas hit skid row a long time ago, even before he was arrested
for molesting children.

Yes. Along with many, *many* thousands of other Australians on just about
any day of the week, but especially on weekends.

> Dispossessed perhaps ?

That's only something you'd know about, seeing as you're living in a
council owned house..... when you continually boast on the newsgroups that
you're a multi-millionaire property owner!!! ROFLMFAO!!!

SPRUNG!!! LOL!!!

You really should stop all your blustering, and bullshit, and lies. They
*are* catching up with you.

BTW, how's the courtcase against me going?? You know, the one where you
said you were going to proceed "with legal action" because I warned your
employer that you were using their computers during working hours for the
use of cyber stalking?

Oh, and the other courtcase you said you were going to proceed with
because I showed everyone the documentation (freely available online)
stating that you live(d) in a council flat (and were kicked out of it
because of the disgusting state it was in), only to scrounge another place
off the council.

Or how about the *other* courtcase you were going to start because I
called you for what you are........ a stalker and a fraud.

So much for the "jetsetting international multi-millionaire high flyer"!!!

ROFLMFAO!!!

Not at all. Is that what you do?

It seems you don't know about the custom of friends and family gathering
together for a BBQ in a park somewhere. You've never done that, have you?
You've had a very sad life.

Seems no-one wants *anything* to do with you. Must be why you continually
fly to the red-light districts of other (SEAsian) countries. Even the
prostitiues here don't want anything to do with you. Must be because you
live 'as man and wife' with your daughter.

I wondered how on earth they barbequed an egg? But I think they were
cheating by using a solid plate on the BBQ.

It always is....... fresh air, fresh food, a little sunshine ;-)

Food always tastes better when you cook and eat out in the open air, for some
reason.

LOL!!! In a few parks you have a choice of solid or grill. The grill BBQ's
are usually woodfired..... and they are slowly being phased out for the
elctric solid plates. Easier to clean, and no chance of some shmuck
burning himself, or his kids, or setting fire to the entire neighbourhood.

But yes, it *is* easier to BBQ an egg on a solid plate..... and solid
plates are also part of our backyard BBQ's (2,3,4,5, or 6 or more burners)
as well.

It's a trend that will reach you people on the outer fringes of the planet
sooner or later :-)

I've always been a little paranoid about the cleanliness of those public
BBQs.

Having said that, I've used them and have never fallen ill...

They're in just about every park in Australia.

Us Aussies like to get out in the open air and cook dead animals :-)

Sorry to spoil your dreams Jeb, but that particular BBQ lots pretty good.
Looks like Russell Island Lions Club did a fine job of looking after that
one.
However, most park BBQ's that I've seen in Australia are old and dirty.
You have to put coins in to pay for the good ones too.

Hi Lois,

There are (or were) good ones at Southbank in Brisbane that don't (or
didn't) require coins.

My concern was always how hygienic they were.

I really need to tackle grilling. (I still haven't done that,
even though it might be the answer to my broiled meat woes.)
