It's sad to see this sort of thing still going on. A harmless act
demonised way beyond the real world consequences.

He should have been a "good boy" and thrown down a few Zoloft®©„¢s and
Ritilin®©„¢s down his neck instead. They probably would've given him an
award ceromony then.
