It's not a beautiful pic. I have taken it with my cell.
BTW I made about 5 pizzas for my family. I have maden them with G3 Ferrari
(pizza express)
Here is the list:
Napoli: pomodoro, mozzarella, acciughe, origano.
Zucchine: zucchine, cipolle, mozzarella
Valdostana: pomodoro, fontina, prosciutto cotto
Piede del contadino=farmer foot (I invented this pizza name, because of the
smell of gorgonzola cheese ...ROTFL):gorgonzola, cipolle, pomodoro,
salsiccia.
Pandora: pomodoro, olive, uova sode, capperi, funghi, prosciutto crudo,
salamino piccante.
I will send you the pics of the pizzas ASAP (I must instal first the program
to download the pics I have taken with my brothers camera).
On the left of the pic you can see my ex - cat Pandora over a pizza DDD
Hope you like it. My family enjoyed very much.

I notice that the filthy animal is sitting with it's butt hole on the dinner
table, right next to the food - truly disgusting. And you actually serve
food to guests on that table?? Revolting!

LOL!!!!

Memory jolt.

A friend died, was cremated, we were going to scatter his ashes in
freefall. Another friend in Canada sent me a bag to facilitate releasing
the ashes. It (the bag) travels the world for skydivers ash dives.

Anyhoo's, my mate in Canada sent the bag to me.

It was addressed thus.........

Peter Lucas
Bulimba
Brisbane
Australia

The population of Brisbane is just under 2,000,000.

The population of Bulimba was about 6,000 back then.

I had the bag in my hands *7* days after he sent it :-)

I still don't know whether I should be flattered, or worried!!!

Australian slang........ don't bust you arse doing it (take it easy),

Like.......... don't blow gasket....... pop a vein......... etc.

This evening I will be making pizza, too. The dough is in the
refrigerator fermenting (sourdough based).

The toppings will be from leftovers-

Meat sauce (think Bolognese!), fresh mozzarella, red onions and
Crimini mushrooms.

Roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, Tuscan olive oil, fresh
basil and oregano, Gaeta olives, shallots and anchovies.

Yes. Lovely. Thank you. I would pay 1 million dollar to know how she is. She

No, plenty open for lunch, but I'm dieting. As soon as I get the kitchen
cleaned up here in a bit, I'll electro-grill a strip steak out of the
'frige and eat it with some baby spinach leaves...

I also need to cook some of the stuff dad bought yesterday. He bought a
lovely mess of nice large white mushrooms, so I bought 3 leeks to go
with those. I'll saute' in some coconut oil and add a bit of lemon
pepper and dill weed to them.

I also have some chicken to roast for him that he bought. I take the
hint that when HE purchases some foods, that's what he wants me to cook
for him. :-)

I may do the chicken with rosemary and garlic powder.

With sourdough it comes a very good pizza if you cook it on stone. I have no
more sourdough, unfortunately.

Oh good! Diet is very simple: the important is to eliminate all the things
one like more. It works very well without sacrifices!!!!

I have a large stone that I use for baking bread. It works well for
pizza.

> I have no
>more sourdough, unfortunately.

It is very easy to begin your own starter. Just mix a couple of spoons
of water and "regular" flour (flour that you'd use for "regular"
bread), let it sit for 12hours, throw away 3/4 of it and add more
flour and water. Keep up this routine for about 7 to 10 days and
you'll have a fine sourdough starter, I promise.

It turned out nicely. As you say, I, too, never would have thought of
it, but it made for a very hearty topping.

Thank you, Pandora. The pizzas turned out very well.

More about portion control. <g>
I often don't eat at all on Sundays.

Come to think of it, I've not yet eaten today yet. Been too busy and
not hungry, or sleeping. Night shifts mess with you.
I had a protein shake about 3 am this morning and that's it.

I can't eat if I'm not hungry...
There are some thawed strip steaks in the 'frige but I also need to do
this weeks cooking for dad. See below.

I meant to cook earlier today, but I crashed and went to sleep instead.

He has stated in the past that he hates cats and threatened to kill mine

I don't know this method. It is very interesting! Don't you put inside some
fruit? I know that they use it to help dough rising.
I don't know if I 'll make it again because I should use it every week. It's
a lot of work also for the weekly refreshment.

If I don't get hungry, I don't eat. I ate only one meal yesterday.
About 6 oz. of leftover steak and a large handful of baby spinach.
I often sleep a lot on weekends. Night shifts take their toll.

I may or may not eat today. I will if I get hungry.

<lol> I NEED to lose weight! 75 lbs. to go to reach my goal of 150!
That's what body fat is for. To live on if you starve. <g>
