Rereading my reply, I think it was not too informative. About 8 years ago I had a job as system controller over some computer systems at a bank in Amsterdam. That was a job with almost nothing to do most of the time, but very much in case of emergency, and that was rare. Also I had unlimited internet access. So I spent time in usenet groups, then. Not being satisfied by this life, more specifically the daily drive to and from Amsterdam, I decided to quit. So I bought a house in southern France, and retired. And moved to there. That does not mean that I left usenet altogether, but my use of it is much more restricted. I follow some Dutch groups, some French, and rfc. So, we might have met before. Vinegar is a dilute solution of acetic acid, with and without flavoring and color both natural and artificial. It can be made by fermentation from beers and wines but that is not the only route.
