Braised beef ribs with root vegetables.

Mushroom toast while I'm waiting for the long slow cooking to complete.

In its simplest form, it's toast with sauted mushrooms on it. But it
could be grilled seven-grain bread with a mushroom gravy, or whatever.

It's quick, it's tasty and it's warm.
