Your favorite "It's freezing outside" food?

It's cold outside for about 5 months here. I have a wide variety
of things that I cook when it's cold outside. Some of those
things I also cook in the summer. A couple of weeks ago
I was grilling hamburgers outside in 14 F weather.

Still, I have a few things that I mainly cook when it's cold out.

Pot roast, roast turkey, beef stew, scalloped potatoes.

Although if DH gets a yen or any of those during the summer,
I treat the gas grill like an oven and cook them anyway.
