They're free to everyone, not just former users. I've got one, and I'm
not even in "America".

Somebody who supposedly knows how to read headers would know that once you
log into AOL, you're using their proxy to surf and your underlying ISP
would be masked in your headers.

And you've been using Deja-Google ever since shortly after AOL dropped
newsgroups. That's hardly a "short time".

Still can't figure out how to use that Verizon Usenet server, eh?
Duh.

Are you making this a challenge? Because I'll bet I could get Verizon to
drop you within 3 weeks. That is, if you're making a game of it.

"Their stupidity? "Their newgroups?" As much as I detest AOL....
holding them accountable for usenet content is ridiculous. And it's
not a site. The name of the group is
alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.puffies. Expecting to see teddy bears
in a group with that name is as goofy as them offering to give you a
free month.

I figured that Sheldon was going to come back. I planned to give him a
chance. It's been all of five days and I'm about out of patience for
his abuse and lies.

Thanks! I took an OTC Benadryl last night and slept like a baby for 7
hours. I'm planning on doing the same tonight.

Howdy,

The next time you are at a drug store, compare the labels
for Benadryl and an OTC sleep aid.

You will find that they contain the same stuff...

(Except that the sleep aid will cost triple. Also, the
Benadryl box says "may cause drowsiness" but the sleep aid
box says some version of "will provide a long night's
sleep.")

All the best,

Sold as a sleep aid, they're cheaper - not the other way around.

It can really dehydrate you, though. I stopped taking it for my allergies,
but took it occasionally to get to sleep, until I realized how bad it made

Some of the funniest lies Pussy Katz wrote over the years were these:

1. Worked in a top-secret purely-scientific lab.

2. Owns two waterfront homes in Belize.

3. Has the ability to fill muffin tins faster than people can hand him bowls
of batter.
