I was wide awake at 4AM today and since DH is spending the week in the
mountains skiing with foreign friends (a Guy Week) I was able to turn on
the bedroom TV without disturbing anyone but the cat.

I finally stopped at The Learning Channel to watch what looked like a
wonderful menu being prepared, at least very appealing at 4 AM.

Shrimp and scallops in lemongrass and coconut broth
and Strawberries marinated in champagne with mascarpone and creme fraiche
